Shipping & Delivery
Please inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt! If the item is in damaged condition, please refuse to
accept it and write 'refuse for damage' on the delivery receipt. If the driver does not allow you to inspect the item,
please write 'subject to inspection' on the delivery receipt. Failure to do so results in no exchange/return or refund.

Free shipping are to most areas only. Additional shipping cost may apply to some areas in New York, Massachusetts, Florida, Washington D.C. , some remote and rural areas. Standard shipping covers curb-side delivery only, meaning that the driver is not responsible for moving or setting up the furniture for you. The shipping company will call you to set up a delivery appointment, so that you can make any necessarily arrangement. Please allow approximately 10 ~ 14 business days for us to process your order. After your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number (with estimated arrival date).

Additional services (like lift-gate service, inside delivery service) may be available at extra cost. Please contact us to determine if the services are available in your area. Re-delivery fee will be charged for missing appointment. Storage fee will be charged if the shipment is left at the shipping company terminal for too long. Please contact us if you're away from home. Upon receipt of your payment, we can hold and ship your order accordingly. Additional shipping charges may be charged to some east coast areas (NY, FL, D.C.), remote (such as island), rural, hard-to-access areas. Please contact us if you're in such area before placing the order.

Claims, Returns & Replacements, Order Cancellation
All claims must be emailed to us upon 7-day of the receipt of the shipment with supporting documents and photos. For damage claim, a copy of delivery receipt and photos of damaged items are required. Upon approval of the claim, we will send you new replacement accordingly absolutely at no cost to you. For concealed damage claim (meaning the box is good but content is in damaged condition), please take photos of the packaging/boxes showing that they are in good condition, email the photos to us so that we can file a claim for you to the manufacturer.

Order cancellation is subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

For any reason you're not satisfied with your order. Please return it to us within 7-day upon receipt. Buyer pays for the return shipping cost and the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount as well (even if the order was with free shipping promotion). There is a 30% restocking fee for all returns. All items must be in original (new, unopened, unused and un-assembled) condition. All items must be returned with its original packaging materials, otherwise it will be refused..

Local Pick Up Order
Before making the purchase, please contact us to check if the item is available for immediate pick up. Upon receipt of your payment, order usually can be picked up in 2 ~ 3 business days. You will be contacted by phone once your order is ready for pick up from our warehouse at: 19953 Harrison Ave., City of Industry, CA 91789. No free shipping is applied to all items under Los Angeles Local Special category. All items under this category must be picked up from our warehouse. Local delivery service is available for additional fee. Please contact us with your shipping zip code so that we can quote you the delivery cost.
